Do you ship internationally?
At this time we can only ship in the United States.
What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final and we do not accept cancellations. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order. If your card arrives damaged or if it is not the card you ordered, please email [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damaged/ incorrect card and we'll gladly send you a new card.
What are the processing times?
Our business hours are Monday-Friday. We are closed on weekends and holidays. After your order is placed please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to be processed.
Am I able to track my order?
Yes, once your order has been processed and USPS ships it you will automatically receive a tracking number.
What happens if my order is delayed?
After we process your order and it is dropped off with USPS, it is now in the hands of the postal service. Please contact USPS if you have any questions regarding postal delays.
